To protect the privacy of our participants and guest speakers, AI-powered note-taking tools such as Otter, Zoom transcription bots, or similar services are not permitted during HomeEd classes. These tools may inadvertently record or store sensitive information, which could infringe on the privacy rights of others.
For those actively participating in the homebuyer program, you must be personally present to earn sweat equity credit for the class. Attendance cannot be substituted by recordings, transcripts, or AI-generated notes.
