Level One Bank and Habitat Detroit Partner for a New Down Payment Assistance Fund

January 11, 2022, Detroit, MI – Level One Bank, headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, is pleased to partner with Habitat for Humanity Detroit in an effort to overcome barriers and provide a pathway to homeownership. Thanks to the generous contribution from Level One Bank, Habitat Detroit has created a new Down Payment Assistance program for qualified Habitat Detroit homebuyers designed to help low/mod-income families overcome barriers to achieve the goal of homeownership. Together Level One Bank and Habitat Detroit will transform lives, neighborhoods and communities by investing in PEOPLE and investing in IMPACT.
